A big chunk of beautiful red wood arrived in the mail. I needed to take a chip off the old block so I can cut out the 2 fins for the little wooden guy. I sliced it off and I'm letting it set a day or so and let the wood do what it wants to ie warp/bend. It's the nature of wood. Then I can put it through the planer, cut out the fins and hand foil.
